Dear Friends,

Thank you for your continued support and encouragement since the start of the business. These recent months have seen some new chapters opening in personal life, and I sensed a strong need to step aside from orders, and to focus on some imminent changes.

Working in the kitchen, I’m used to calculating in grams, scaling out ingredients, responding to time and temperature, lining pans, consolidating bowls, etc… This type of prep work is familiar to me. Mise en place, in French literally “putting in place/ everything in its place,” describes being ready with all the ingredients and tools organized prior to actually cooking the food, so that the cooking can go smoothly and optimally. But in life, especially with brand new menu about to cook up, I feel as though I am still studying the recipes and gathering the ingredients, let alone start the mise en place. And so, I’ve decided to pause taking new orders while completing the current orders for the next few months. I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and ask for your kind understanding. I hope to prepare well for the next season both personally and professionally and  return with a new heart.

As always, you can reach us on the Contact page. I hope to see you again soon when the weather will be warmer! Thank you so much. : )
